At Izra Fashion Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with tags intact.

Sale items, discounted items, and custom-made pieces are non-returnable.

Non-returnable items

Innerwear, leggings, and items purchased during clearance sale.

Accessories such as jewellery, handbags, etc.

Return Process

1. Email us at izrafashionhubuk@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Our team will approve the return if it meets the criteria.

3. You will need to ship the item back to our UK return address.

4. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing after the product is received.

Return Shipping Cost

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for size or colour, subject to stock availability.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
